Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Miami FL. The Senior HR Manager will lead HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing performance management programs, managing employee relations, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. The role also involves partnering with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and mentoring team members within the HR department.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Onboarding processes
- Proven skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Strong knowledge of HR Compliance, Employment Laws, and Policy Development
- Experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building abilities
- Proficiency with HR technologies and systems
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR are advantageous
- Experience managing HR operations in growing businesses or the financial sector is a plus
