High visibility leadership role within multi-plant manufacturer that targets commercial markets. Parent company beat Wall Street expectation on revenues, profits, and EPS. SBU has strong backlog and targeting $200M in revenues for 2026. Growth has come from product and new business development, expanding customer base, reinvestment into infrastructure, and international expansion. Looking for an assertive HR professional with strong business acumen and knowledge of product development, manufacturing, supply chain, business development, finance, and continuous improvement. Partner with VP/GM with a matrix setting. Lead a decentralized HR team and be supported by benefits, HRIS, and PR shared services.
Organization Planning & Development: As part of the executive team, lead HR strategy as it relates to organizational development, infrastructure build out, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
Business Partnering: Be a resource and key coach to all leaders within the business on HR policy and leadership principles; recommend improvements to policies, programs, and procedures.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee and lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes and effectiveness.
Labor/Employee Relations: Manage and lead employee communications and processes. Optimize technology to communicate with decentralized workforce. Be the Voice of the Employee. Partner with leadership on union communications and contracts.
Performance Management & Compensation: Lead performance appraisal systems. Provide coaching, skills development, and career ladder progress. Enhance skills development and training programs. Analyze trends in compensation; research and propose competitive base pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA required; PHR, SPHR and/or MBA/MS a plus. Seek experienced HR Director, VP or CHRO from multi-location manufacturing setting with over 300 employees. Must be willing to travel 30%. Ideal candidate will come from a manufacturer committed to quality, integrity, safety and sustainability. This not a hybrid or virtual role.
REWARD: $200,000 to $230,000 DOE plus bonus, LTIP, superior benefits, and upside
