Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field.
- 1 year of of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in technical recruiting or sourcing, including familiarity with recruiting information and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Interest Alumni hiring space.
- Excellent investigative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fluid environment, prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to consult with, influence, and manage clients and projects using a strong knowledge base and established relationships.
- Ability to work closely with internal partners, communicating complex analytics in a structured and clear manner, and demonstrating strong communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Recruit top Alumni and AI/ML talent back to Google across all North America. Focus on hiring for SWE or Tech Non-SWE roles.
- Develop and execute comprehensive alumni hiring strategies for your assigned Google Product Area (PA), managing the relationships with PA Staffing leads across Verticals and Horizontals teams.
- Serve as an advisor to Staffing partners and engineering clients across all Product Areas (PAs) on Alumni rehiring.
- Responsible for being an expert on rehire eligibility, performer hiring in the Alumni space, as well as AI/ML Market Intelligence.
- Identify trends in Google exits and the factors managing alumni interest in return, and leverage insights to develop innovative solutions for attracting and securing talent.
