Human Resource Business Partner
Location: Washington, D.C.
Status: Full-Time | Hybrid Schedule (2 remote day/ 3 days in office)
Salary: $115,000-$125,000

Consilio is recruiting for a Human Resource Business Partner to join an internationally recognized Am Law 100 firm known for its strength in corporate, litigation, and regulatory matters in Washington, D.C.
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a key role on the firms Human Capital & Talent team, driving the execution of Human Capital strategies into practical, results-oriented initiatives across practice offices and global functions. This position supports colleague well-being and fosters a workplace culture grounded in equity, fairness, transparency, inclusivity, accountability, trust, and mutual respect.
This role is based in the Washington, D.C. office and may offer a flexible schedule that includes a combination of hybrid and in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing Human Capital & Talent strategies focused on employee engagement, performance optimization, and professional development. This team represents foreign-based clients and U.S. importers in matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the International Trade Commission, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
• Managing people-related projects, programs, and processes to ensure compliance and completion
• Supporting department leadership with performance optimization efforts, including talent development and acquisition, resource management, and colleague training programs
• Serving as a trusted advisor to office leadership and colleagues by providing advice and guidance across all human resources topics, inclusive of employee relations and policy adherence
• Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience
• Two (2) years of additional relevant experience, preferably
• Experience advising, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders within a global matrixed organization, preferably
• Experience in coordinating and managing complex employee relations matters, preferably.
