We’re partnering with a fast-growing international financial coaching company that is expanding its presence in the United States.
For the past 13 years, the company has built a strong, people-first culture in Australia. Now they’re focused on recreating that same high-performance culture in their U.S. office—and they’re looking for an HR Manager who wants to play a key role in making that happen.
This is a highly visible, hands-on HR role where you’ll work closely with leaders, support employees, and help connect culture, engagement, and performance to real business outcomes.
If you enjoy being embedded in the business, coaching leaders, and driving a strong workplace culture, this could be a great opportunity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees
- Supporting a strong culture through coaching, engagement, and recognition initiatives
- Providing guidance on U.S. employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations
- Supporting performance management conversations and difficult employee situations
- Implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Helping ensure the employee experience aligns with the company’s values and growth goals
- Supporting onboarding, engagement initiatives, and HR systems
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
- Experience supporting employee relations and performance management
- Someone who enjoys being visible and present with teams
- Strong communication and leadership coaching skills
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
- Opportunity to help build and shape company culture in a growing U.S. office
- Work directly with leadership in a high-impact HR role
- Join an established international company with strong internal growth and development
- HR is viewed as a true business partner, not just a support function
If you’re someone who enjoys balancing HR compliance, employee experience, and culture building, we’d love to connect.
