We are looking for an HR Manager to join our HR team. In this role, you will be the lead point of contact of all HR matters within the corporate office from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR generalist, or other roles in the HR team, and knowledge around employment needs.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60%)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate and retail functions
- Partner with leadership to understand workforce planning needs and hiring priorities
- Develop compelling job descriptions aligned with business objectives
- Source, interview, and assess candidates using structured and competency-based methodologies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent
- Manage relationships with external recruiters and agencies when needed
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting to leadership
- Support onboarding strategy and ensure seamless new hire integration
HR Generalist Responsibilities (40%)
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and policy interpretation
- Support disciplinary processes, investigations, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Assist with training and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Contribute to HR projects such as organizational design, engagement initiatives, and culture development

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required
- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
- 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
