Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position located in Orlando, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR functions, including employee recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management processes. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, resolving employee relations issues, managing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives that foster employee engagement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Proficiency in HR policy development, performance management, and employee relations
- Knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar HR managerial role is preferred
