Senior People Operations / HR Consultant – Make an Impact with vcfo

Now, we’re looking for a Senior People Operations / Human Resources Consultant to join our high-caliber team of advisors. This is your chance to partner with leaders across diverse industries, solve complex challenges, and design impactful people strategies that move the needle.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and HR teams across multiple clients.
- Recommend, manage, lead and execute on a wide variety of Human Resource programs from highly strategic to day-to-day tactical
- Conduct assessments of existing HR programs and recommend, develop and administer best practice programs to close any gaps
- Design and/or administer employee benefit programs
- Provide guidance and leadership in the selection and implementation of HRIS software as required to support human resources operations
- Develop and roll out employee performance management programs
- Manage employee relations and develop employee communication plans
- Provide executive coaching, guide change management, and ensure compliance (FMLA, leave management, etc.).
- Build relationships in the market to grow vcfo’s presence and client base.
- Analyze situations, identify needs, and provide multiple creative solutions and follow through to completion
- Business Development Responsibilities:
- Participate in appropriate market networking opportunities whose purpose is to build relationships that increase our market presence
- Nurture HR oriented market partners and keep them apprised of vcfo’s HR offerings
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
- Experience across multiple industries.
- Comfort in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- High integrity, discretion, and client-service mindset.
