The Role at a Glance
- Location: Milford, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite required)
- Duration: 1-year contract
- Core Focus: Dual-impact role focusing on Regional Talent Strategy and Enterprise Project Leadership (M&A, Restructuring, Transformation).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, develop, and deploy talent strategies that drive regional and functional growth.
- Translate shifting business objectives into actionable HR strategies across Organizational Design, Talent Management, and Change Management.
- Utilize HR and financial metrics to provide data-driven insights to business partners.
Enterprise Project Leadership
- Lead or support large-scale, high-impact global projects, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and organizational restructurings.
- Apply rigorous project management to drive stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and seamless execution.
- Ensure HR processes remain aligned with business outcomes during complex organizational transitions.
Cross-Functional Synergy
- Partner across HR domains (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, DEI, and Employee Relations) to deliver integrated, world-class solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Undergraduate degree required.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically within a global context.
- Technical Mastery: Proven success leading cross-functional global programs, specifically M&A and enterprise-wide restructuring.
- Local Knowledge: Direct HR experience within the Massachusetts market.
- Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to understand business goals and translate them into people strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving approach with the ability to monitor and respond to complex financial and HR metrics.
