What You’ll Do- Lead all HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, and compliance
- Develop, maintain, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all locations
- Serve as a strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership on people-related initiatives and decisions
- Oversee and support recruiting and HR support teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and retention strategies
- Partner with payroll and finance to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Drive a consistent and positive employee experience across all stores
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a confident, approachable HR leader who is comfortable balancing strategy with day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and experienced navigating complex people matters while building trust across all levels of the organization.
Requirements- Proven experience in an HR Director, HR Manager, or senior HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience supporting multi-location or multi-entity organizations preferred
- Strong computer skills and experience with HR systems
- Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus:
- EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Hireology
- Culture Index
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
