Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in San Jose, CA. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. They will ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, provide strategic advice on workforce planning, and drive initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Additionally, the role will involve conducting training programs and managing employee engagement strategies to align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Human Resource Management, Workforce Planning, and Employee Relations expertise
- Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition experience
- Knowledge of Compliance, Labor Laws, and Policy Implementation
- Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Training Development skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and data analytics for HR initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certification like SHRM-CP, PHR is a plus)
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in security or technology-related industries
