We're currently seeking an ambitious HR and Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team in San Diego or Irvine! This is a hybrid position with significant work-from-home flexibility. As OCMI grows, our HR team is working towards best-in-class practices, and you will be a significant part of the team that gets us there! We will train you in areas where you lack experience! (Note that the first 3-6 months of this role will have responsibility to cover a role where the incumbent is currently on leave.)

Responsibilities:
- Candidate Concierge: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all new hires.
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting as needed.
- Play lead role in recruitment marketing and engagement
- Onboarding Administration: Manage the administrative aspects of onboarding, including preparation of new hire materials and coordination of orientation sessions.
- Training Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely reports using ATS (Applicant Tracking System), HRIS (Human Resource Information System), and Microsoft Excel.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and cross-functional teams (HR, IT, and Administration) to facilitate effective execution of people-related projects and tasks, including culture, engagement, total rewards, performance management, and general HR administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- We’re open to the extent of your experience: (1) those recently graduated with a degree related to Human Resources, (2) recent graduate with an unrelated degree but HR related internships, or (3) several years experience in recruiting or HR related support.
- Outstanding verbal and written communicator, relationship builder, and structured doer.
- Intermediate to advanced user in MS Office Suite
- You are an ambitious and confident self-starter seeking to grow your career in Human Resources and/or Recruiting.
