Join Aramark Healthcare+ as a Senior Human Resources Manager and be a pivotal leader in fostering a thriving work environment. You'll champion employee relations, drive strategic HR initiatives, and ensure robust support for operational teams at UI Health.
The Role
- Provide vital HR support to senior managers and department heads across the hospital
- Represent the company in management appeal interviews, grievance appeals, and employment tribunals
- Assist in company training programs and ensure employee presentations are delivered effectively
- Manage regional team employee relations queries that may lead to disciplinary action
- Analyze labor turnover information, identifying trends and proposing solutions
What You'll Need
- Crucial previous human resources experience, preferably in a multi-site operation
- Operational management experience is a plus
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to coordinate effectively at all levels
- Self-motivated, action-based problem-solver with excellent influencing skills
