We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team for a contract position in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in managing various human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations across employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding processes. Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate communication and execution.
• Manage onboarding processes to provide new hires with a seamless integration into the company.
• Maintain and update HR records and documents using HRIS systems.
• Collaborate with management to support workforce planning and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate HR processes to identify areas of improvement.
• Assist in the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and HR policies.
• Familiarity with onboarding procedures and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
