The Encompass Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization in Addison, Texas to hire a Director of Human Resources.
This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in building people strategy, strengthening culture, and partnering with executive leadership to support a rapidly evolving organization.
The Director of HR will oversee all human resources functions including talent strategy, employee relations, compliance, benefits, performance management, and organizational development. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while also being hands-on in execution and team development.
What you will be doing:
• Lead and manage the full HR function across the organization
• Partner with executive leadership to align people strategy with business goals
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, policies, and HR best practices
• Manage benefits, compensation planning, and performance management processes
• Support hiring strategy and workforce planning in a high-growth environment
• Foster a strong, collaborative, and people-first culture
• Develop and mentor the HR team
What they are looking for:
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR operations
• Experience supporting a healthcare or professional services organization is a plus
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
