The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 in an HRBP role.
Please note, this is a fully on site role in Atlanta
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Very strong experience in leave management and ER investigations and willing to be hands on in this process.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Assist management in conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in HR or related field
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a huge plus.
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
