Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in hospitality or service-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
