We are actively interviewing for this Full time Human Resources Manager job opportunity. Please note this is with a hands on manager position as this is with a small HR team. You would manage 3 other HR professionals and would be the 4th member of the team.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance data.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution fairly and professionally.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Coordinate and implement staff training on cleaning standards, customer service, and workplace safety.
- Develop and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational needs.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.
- Prepare monthly payroll data, including overtime, allowances, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PAYE, pension, NHF, health insurance). Promote employee engagement through regular communication and welfare initiatives.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Support management in workforce planning and succession planning.
- Safeguard confidential staff information and HR records.
- Perform other HR duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Minimum of 10 years’ HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
