Responsibilities
Leadership
- Serve as a trusted leadership advisor to the President and Leadership Team peers
- Collaborate with the President and leadership team peers to monitor and evolve the organization’s long-term mission and goals
- Enable company mission through a robust talent management strategy aligned with the overall strategy and values
- Partner with senior leadership to understand and develop the organization's goals and strategy for staffing, talent acquisition, engagement and retention
- Engage the workforce to steward and evolve the companies culture
- Drive robust talent review and succession planning efforts to accelerate the development of the internal talent pipeline while cultivating an external talent pool
- Manage and evolve mentoring, skills development, and other key HR programs to support people, company, and enterprise strategy
- Provide speedy resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits and employee relations questions, concerns, and issues in partnership with corporate centers of excellence
Supervisory
- Provide exceptional leadership of the HR function selecting, motivating, coaching, and developing team members in their career growth and progression
- Directly manage 3 US-based HR professionals
- Oversee and adjust as necessary the daily workflow and priorities of the HR function
- Identify key performance indicators for the organization’s HR function; assess the organization’s success and market competitiveness based on these metrics
Technical
- Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs partnering with corporate centers of excellence
- Ensure compliance with employment-related laws, regulations, and requirements
- Maintain core knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law (specifically Massachusetts and California), human resources, and talent management
- Understand and leverage HR data and analytics to derive insights that inform the people strategy
- Serve as the organization’s Local Ethics Officer liaising with the Corporate Ombudsman, CHRO, and General Counsel and overseeing responsibilities of Local Ethics Officer
- Oversee and supervise biweekly payroll.
- Participate in professional development and networking conferences and events
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience working in and/or with manufacturing environments
- Experience with organizations with multiple locations
- At least 15 years of progressive human resource management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience highly preferred
Other Requirements
- Position is an in-office position
- Must be eligible for a Secret Level Clearance
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Travel expectations 10-15%
