The Human Resources Director’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support long-term growth.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Manage employee benefits programs, payroll compliance, and ensure adherence to labor laws.
- Lead change management initiatives and collaborate on talent development programs to enhance engagement and performance.
- Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Human Services, or equivalent
- 10+ years of full cycle Human Resources experience.
- Full understanding of the interpretation and application of the Federal, State, local Labor laws to support the business operations while minimizing the associated risk of non-compliance.
