We are seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee domestic and international HR operations. This role partners with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals, foster a high-performing culture, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational development
- Oversee HR operations including compliance, benefits, compensation, and HRIS
- Drive recruiting, onboarding, retention, and leadership development
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage HR team performance, budgets, and process improvements
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree/certification preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, ideally in a multi-site/global environment
- Strong expertise in compliance, talent management, and organizational development
- Proven ability to partner with executives and lead HR teams
