Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our U.S. operations with day-to-day human resources functions. This execution-focused role works closely with our global HR Business Partner to ensure seamless HR service delivery across our organization. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and provide essential HR administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support
- Coordinate recruitment activities with local job boards, recruiting agencies, and headhunters
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and coordinate offer processes
- Execute onboarding procedures and maintain positive candidate experience standards
- Support campus recruiting initiatives and internship programs
Employee Relations & Culture Development
- Monitor employee attendance and manage leave tracking systems
- Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and employee recognition events
- Serve as primary employee liaison for day-to-day HR inquiries and feedback collection
- Foster inclusive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain personnel files, employment records, and HR documentation
- Process employment contracts and manage signature workflows
- Execute new hire orientations and coordinate exit procedures
- Administer benefits enrollment and serve as liaison with benefit providers
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions
Compliance & Legal Support
- Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state employment laws
- Support implementation of HR policies developed by global HR leadership
- Assist with audit preparation and maintain compliance documentation
- Track regulatory updates and coordinate with legal counsel as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or administrative roles
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
