About the Role
We are hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support key departments within our North America Shared Services and Global functions — including Total Rewards, Finance & Accounting, Legal, and Digital & Business Technology.
The HRBP will serve as a strategic advisor and collaborative partner to functional leaders, providing hands-on support in employee relations, performance management, engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. This role will also play an important part in shaping the employee experience across JFC USA’s corporate employee base.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders across shared services and global teams to provide strategic HR support aligned with business objectives
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, individual development plans, performance cycles, and employee development initiatives
- Lead or support investigations of employee concerns and formal complaints; provide coaching and support to leaders on disciplinary actions
- Champion employee engagement efforts, working with HR and leadership to drive culture, connection, and feedback
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and support related processes such as I-9 audits, unemployment claims, and background checks
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding programs to deliver consistent and high-quality employee experience
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and partner with internal teams on updates and implementation
- Collaborate with HRIS, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to ensure effective program delivery and data alignment
- Prepare reports and analysis on trends related to turnover, engagement, headcount, and employee relations metrics
- Recommend process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee support
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a business partner or HR generalist capacity
- Experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, or Technology in a multi-state environment
- Solid understanding of employee relations, employment law, and performance management practices
- Background or exposure to Total Rewards (compensation and benefits) preferred
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or ADP is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
This person will be required to travel up to one time per month. Typical travel will be to West Covina, California.
It is a requirement that this person reside in or near Denver, Colorado and be in office 3 or more days per week.
