We are seeking a Corporate HR Manager to strengthen foundational HR programs, drive integration across multiple acquired businesses, and support continued growth. This newly created role offers the opportunity to directly impact culture, processes, and performance at an enterprise level.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 3–4 HR Business Partners, setting direction and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Own and evolve core HR programs, including performance management, compensation planning, engagement surveys, and talent development
- Partner with senior leadership to support change management and integration initiatives across a multi-location workforce
- Drive consistency and scalability in HR processes while balancing day-to-day leadership with long-term improvements
- Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex employee relations issues
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multi-location environments
- Strong track record in leading enterprise-wide HR programs and driving process improvements
- Hands-on experience with performance management, compensation, and employee engagement
- Skilled in employee relations, change management, and policy compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Confident communicator who builds trust with employees, peers, and senior leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required (PHR/SHRM certification a plus)
