Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Denver, CO. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations and performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role also includes conducting training sessions, maintaining employee records, and handling any HR-related queries and grievances.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
- Strong skills in HR strategy development, performance management, and employee relations
- Understanding of labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is required
