About This Role
As our Learning and Development Manager, you'll build and execute the entire learning framework that fuels the success of our growing team. You'll design a scalable learning and enablement strategy from the ground up, helping our team thrive as they onboard into their roles and grow into confident, effective consultants and client partners who consistently deliver exceptional outcomes to our clients.
You'll partner closely with leadership across delivery and sales as well as our operations team to build holistic programs that go beyond checklists by embedding core competencies, elevating best practices, and creating a rhythm of ongoing learning and improvement across our team.
Please note: This role will be expected to be in the office to train and onboard Stitchers who are traveling to our Indianapolis office; therefore, we are only considering candidates who live in the Central Indiana area.
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver the end-to-end process for learning and talent development for the team
- Design and implement scalable programs, playbooks, and frameworks that drive knowledge, consistency, and operational excellence across the team and help them grow in their skill set.
- Ensure our people managers are equipped to help each new Stitch onboard successfully into their specific role by creating scalable learning pathways and programs. You'll be leading several of these as our Stitchers travel onsite for their first week and partnering with business leaders to ensure subject matter experts are co-faciliators as needed.
- Continually centralize general and role specific knowledge in our knowledge hub to ensure relevant, easy-to-access documentation across tools, processes, and best practices
- Develop metrics to assess development effectiveness in achieving our business goals and use insights to iterate and evolve programs.
- Champion a culture of learning and curiosity across the team, with regular learning forums, content refreshes, and skill-building initiatives
- Partner with the People team to ensure skills development aligns with career pathways and performance expectations.

- You've quickly launched structured consulting training and enablement programs that help consultants grow across defined competencies and advance in their roles.
- You lead impactful, engaging training sessions to Stitchers that achieve learning outcomes.
- The onboarding experience is a standout for new hires! It's organized with role-based components that ensure each position gets relevant targeted training. The program is designed to scale effectively while maintaining clear and consistent processes that set-up every new hire up for success in our high-growth professional services environment
- You partner closely with our sales team to ensure our team is enabled and supported in their growth
- You help ensure that our team is achieving our Braze certification goals and other specific partner enablement training.
- You have a mindset for growth. You push the team to consider what skills our team needs as we continue to scale our team around the world and help us prepare for the future.
- Documentation and resources are centralized, accessible, and continuously updated. You will define metrics that help us know the impact of our learning and development programs..
- Leaders rely on you as a strategic partner in developing team capabilities and supporting their team members
Requirements
- 5+ years in a learning & development role, organizational development, human resources, or similar role ideally at a high growth technology or professional services organization.
- Proven experience designing strategic enablement frameworks and scalable learning programs
- Experience translating technical or complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse adult learners
- An operational mindset where you think in systems and love bringing structure to ambiguity
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. You work well across teams and seniority levels
- Expertise in modern learning methodologies (e.g., competency or skills-based training, AI-driven learning platforms, and gamification.)
- Certification in learning and development (CPTD, ATD or similar) is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
