Consumer Products manufacturer is seeking a motivated and experienced
HR Generalist to join our Indianapolis facility. In this highly visible role, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations, partner with leadership, and play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience across the plant.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the HR partner for assigned departments, supporting employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Assist with HR policy administration, training programs, and compliance initiatives.
- Manage HR processes related to EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, turnover, and severance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Legal.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion while ensuring compliance with EEO/AAP regulations.
- Drive employee engagement programs that enhance retention and support overall company growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a unionized setting strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $67,000 – $93,000 (targeted pay within this range will be based on experience and qualifications).
- 8% annual bonus
- 9% 401(k) match
