As of September 3rd, a terrific law firm is seeking an outgoing professional to become a HR & Recruitment Coordinator in their New York office. This individual will be responsible for:
- Managing the firm’s internship program and interviewing process; scheduling events, communicating with law schools, and managing students.
- Liaising with professionals from search firms and law schools to discuss the firm’s needs and talent acquisition strategies.
- Creating and implementing recruitment initiatives, preparing reports and marketing materials, setting up interviews, and working on orientation.
- Overseeing staff, onboarding new hires, and mentoring to ensure maximum productivity.
- Planning staff events such as appreciation days, holiday parties, and outings, as well as wellness programs.
- Maintaining and updating personnel files.
- Assisting with daily office management such as handling building requests and attending safety meetings.
Requirements:
- Energetic and outgoing leader with a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience in a relevant field.
- Professional with initiative and great communication. Strong work ethic with fantastic interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Skilled at motivating a team of people to maintain professionalism and efficiency.
