HR Manager – Direct Hire – Remote (Must be based in San Diego) - $100-130k DOE

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a strong plus
Proven HR leadership experience within a law firm or professional services environment is REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of California labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
Experienced in organizational development, compensation strategy, and performance management
Must be based in San Diego (you will need to go onsite for new hire onboardings)

What You Will Do:

Oversee all HR functions across multiple office locations, ensuring compliance with employment law and firm policies
Serve as a strategic partner to firm leadership on hiring, retention, and culture initiatives
Lead performance review cycles, benefits administration, and employee development programs
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations with discretion and professionalism

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $100,000–$130,000 annually. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
