Payroll & HR Director to join our fast-paced and supportive administrative team. With several Skilled Nursing Facilities across the St. Louis area, we’re committed to delivering exceptional care and positive outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping systems
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation
- Support recruiting, including reference checks and interview scheduling
- Assist with employee benefits and termination processes
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of HR/payroll experience (healthcare preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and personable
