Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director located in St Louis, MO. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also includes performance management, recruitment, and employee training and development.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Performance Management techniques
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Strong Benefit Management to include FMLA, ADA and Leave administration
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in St Louis, MO, and manage a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in an HR leadership role is preferred
