What You'll Do:
- Partnering with Line/Delivery leaders on talent strategies including retention, engagement and overall impact on driving customer impact.
- Driving leadership and succession planning at Unit and large account level.
- Ensuring policy adherence and compliance with business objectives.
- Partnering with Line/Delivery leaders and acting as partner and counsel on important topics including performance, career, recognition and total rewards.
- Leverage people analytics to guide decision-making and improvements at Unit or Account level.
- To work as trusted advisor and partner to the line leadership.
- To be the custodian representative of the company’s culture, policies and people practices and ensure line decisions are aligned with company’s core values, and ethics.
- Partner with People Champions to ensure they are enrolled into larger business context of the account/unit. Be their mentors in their learning and development.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Employee Relations Expertise: Handling complex employee relations issues (grievances, investigations, policy interpretation) with a strong understanding of labor laws.
- Change Management & Cultural Transformation: Supporting organizational change (e.g., digital transformation, mergers, agile adoption) and driving employee engagement.
- Employee Experience Programs: Implementing initiatives to improve morale, engagement, and inclusion in high-paced IT environments.
- Talent Development & Performance Management Learning & Development: Designing upskilling and reskilling programs for tech teams, including leadership development and future skills readiness.
- Performance Management: Driving continuous feedback processes, OKR/KPI-based evaluations, and high-performance culture in IT setups.
- Policy, Compliance & Risk Management Compliance in Tech Context: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, data privacy (HIPAA if relevant), and IT-specific regulations.
- HR Policy Formulation: Crafting policies tailored to distributed IT teams, remote/hybrid workforces, and global delivery models.
- Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration Business Partnership: Acting as a trusted advisor to business unit heads, tech leads, and senior management, translating business needs into HR actions.
- Conflict Resolution & Mediation: Facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts constructively.
