What The HR Manager Will Be Responsible For
- Design and manage compensation structures and wage banding
- Oversee benefits administration and payroll for up to 700 employees
- Lead HRIS updates and implementations (UKG experience preferred)
- Support M&A due diligence and integration
- Ensure compliance with multi-state HR regulations (CA experience a plus)
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and strategic HR insights
What Are The Qualifications For The HR Manager Role
- 10+ years of experience in HR operations, compensation, benefits, and payroll, etc.
- Background in companies with 350+ employees and $500M+ in revenue
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance
- Experience with UKG or similar HRIS system
- Multi-state HR practices highly preferred
