Role Description
We are currently seeking an initiative-taking and skilled Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team. This position will train closely with the Admin and Accounting teams as well as other departments within the organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions and supporting our organizational goals.
The role is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating human resources policies and programs for the company. Duties will involve managing activities such as full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management, or related field is preferred
- HR Certification (SHRM, PHR, etc.)
- Proven 5+ years working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People orientated and results driven
- Human Resources metrics, knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and handling grievances
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Competence in performance management, training, and development programs
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
