Our client, a rapidly growing business services company with 150+ employees globally, is seeking an exceptional HR Director / Head of People to transition their human resources function in-house from an outsourced model. Reporting directly to the owner, you will personally lead recruiting efforts, driving the hiring of 30+ roles annually with a hands-on approach, while overseeing general HR functions as well.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented leader with a passion for recruiting, eager to build robust HR processes from the ground up, and comfortable managing recruitment directly in the immediate future with the opportunity to hire a recruiter later.
