We are in search of 2 Recruiters for a 6-month fix term(may be extended for up to a year) with a background in full-cycle recruiting across various domains, specifically within supply chain & business ops or hardware & core tech. As a vital member of our team, you will be an expert in supporting various clients, driven to create diverse and high-performing teams, and dedicated to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our existing team, contributing to process improvement initiatives and identifying innovative sourcing strategies. You will directly engage with executives and organizational leaders to spearhead critical hiring decisions that drive our business forward.
Reporting to the Global Head of Recruiting in San Francisco, this role offers the flexibility of working remotely on the West Coast with a preference for candidates near San Diego or San Francisco.
- Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process for various business groups by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing of multiple channels, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Continuously build a diverse talent pipeline by using creative sourcing strategies and techniques, building both a short and long-term pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into recruiting strategy and interview plan for each open position, reporting regularly on results
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
- Collaborate with colleagues on the People Operations team to support the healthy evolution of the company through thoughtful organizational design, targeted talent acquisition, and intentional internal mobility to promote career development and cross-pollination
- Act as an advocate for both the company and the candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through, resulting in a wonderful candidate experience
- Experience in implementing or using Green House ATS a plus
We would love to have you on our team, if you have:
- At least 4 years (8+ for Senior and based on interview) of full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain or Hardware talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience closing senior level candidates in Supply Chain or Hardware
- Experience with ATS, sourcing tools and recommending process improvement
- Experience working in a global team is strongly preferred
- Exposure to tech or agency recruiting is preferred
- Ability to wear many hats, be a team player, and navigate ambiguity
- Demonstrated passion and drive while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers
- Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

- Region 2: $109,000 - $132,000
- Region 3: $103,000 - $127,000
