Who We Are:
Figure8 is an experience first company. We create experiums. Places outside of distraction, away from expectation, and beyond inhibition. Spaces to get lost and found. We invite guests to take a moment. To recognize, realize, and reignite relationships with the people and places around them.
Who You Are:
We are seeking an experienced full cycle recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and support Figure8 and Museum of Ice Cream’s continued growth. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our talent acquisition strategy, improve processes, and implement scalable solutions that grow with the company.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and brings a builder’s mindset to everything they do. You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working outside the usual recruiting playbook. You’re excited to optimize systems, craft compelling narratives to attract talent, and contribute to a premium hiring experience from first outreach to final offer. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are a must, as is a passion for connecting great people with meaningful opportunities.
