As a Recruiter for the Go-To-Market team, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting initiatives, strengthen candidate pipelines, and play a key role in fueling growth across a fast-scaling organization. Accountabilities:
- Develop strategic hiring plans in partnership with Go-To-Market leaders, aligning recruitment with business needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Design and execute outreach campaigns across job boards, social platforms, and professional networks.
- Build a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, referrals, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with external recruiters as needed while maintaining organized tracking of pipelines and applicants.
- Promote the mission and culture of the organization to attract purpose-driven talent.
- Continuously explore and implement creative recruitment strategies to expand reach and engagement.
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and empathetic approach.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, timelines, and stakeholders with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and data to optimize hiring.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with native or bilingual proficiency in English.
- Competitive total compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base + performance-based bonus (target total cash $90,000–$110,000)
