Role Description
Nachway is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a part-time, on-site position based in Fair Oaks, CA. The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. Responsibilities include implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing performance evaluations, resolving workplace concerns, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also involves maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and spearheading employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding experience
- Solid understanding of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance
- Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Leadership Skills
- Experience with HR Software and Systems is a plus
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in change management and driving employee engagement initiatives
