Title: Onboarding Exceptions Coordinator
Pay: $65-$69

Duration: 6 months
This role supports both virtual and in-person onboarding, with a preference for candidates located in or near San Francisco.
Your Responsibilities
- Support execution of off-cycle onboarding: Coordinate logistics and readiness for hires starting outside standard onboarding cohorts, ensuring Day 1 readiness.
- Execute onboarding exception workflows: Apply established processes to support flexible start dates and non-standard onboarding scenarios.
- Triage and manage onboarding exception requests: Intake, track, and support resolution of requests related to M&A onboarding and expedited starts.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for exception cases: Coordinate calendars, sessions, and onboarding touchpoints for non-standard starts.
- Maintain accurate tracking and status visibility: Update trackers and communicate progress on onboarding exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide surge support during hiring spikes: Help manage increased onboarding volume during hiring sprints without disrupting core onboarding operations.
- Flag risks and inconsistencies: Identify issues or gaps in exception handling and escalate to program owners for resolution.
We’re Seeking
- Experience in onboarding coordination, HR operations, or program support in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and related tools.
- Comfortable operating in a highly cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to execute against defined processes while adapting to evolving business needs.
- Experience supporting global teams or complex onboarding scenarios is a plus.
