Morgan Hunter is partnering with a stable, growing tech-focused organization to add a Director of Human Resources to their leadership team. This role will oversee the company’s HR function while partnering closely with executive leadership to support recruiting strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and long-term organizational growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HR operations including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and onboarding
- Partner with executive leadership to align people strategy with business goals
- Drive recruiting strategy and support hiring efforts across multiple departments
- Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organization
- Support leadership development, coaching, and performance management programs
- Oversee HR compliance, policies, and workforce planning initiatives
- Serve as a backup resource for payroll-related processes as needed
- Support immigration and visa-related processes in partnership with outside legal resources
- Manage and develop HR team members while helping scale HR processes for future growth
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong background in recruiting and talent strategy
- Experience supporting multiple areas of HR in a hands-on environment
- Ability to influence leaders and build strong relationships across the organization
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
