HR Generalist
Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | Hybrid
This is an exciting opportunity with a growing medical device company operating in a highly specialised, regulated environment, supporting advanced surgical and clinical applications. The organisation has developed a commercially validated platform and is now entering a key growth phase, with plans to scale operations over the next few years.
I’m hiring an HR Generalist to support recruiting coordination, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day HR operations within a lean and fast-moving team.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with managers and employees to ensure hiring processes, onboarding, and HR administration run efficiently and consistently across the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
• Coordinating interviews, candidate communication, and hiring process logistics
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation
• Assisting with performance review cycles, compensation communications, and HR processes
• Responding to employee and manager queries and supporting day-to-day HR needs
• Maintaining HR records, documentation, and internal processes
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Has experience in a generalist or HR coordination role within a fast-paced environment
• Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously
• Has exposure to recruiting coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Is proactive, reliable, and able to operate with minimal structure
• Enjoys working closely with teams and supporting a growing organisation
