Title: Senior HR Manager
Duration: PERM / DIRECT PLACEMENT
Compensation: $180,000 to $200,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Must Haves
- Seasoned HR professional at Manager level or above with broad experience across multiple HR functions in large U.S.-based organizations
- People leadership experience with direct management of teams of 10+
- Strong hands-on HR operations background (not primarily strategy), including: Talent acquisition, Workforce management, Executive HR, and Organizational restructuring
- Proven ability to modernize HR processes, policies, systems, and operating models
- Experience managing multiple HR workstreams with clear tracking and structured reporting
- Prior experience in Corporate / Headquarters HR
- Confident decision-maker with clear accountability
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Background in automotive and/or technology-driven organizations
Day-to-Day / Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HR operational functions, including recruitment, workforce planning, compensation, policies, rewards, and disciplinary matters
- Strengthen the capability, depth, and effectiveness of the HATCI HR team
- Drive improvements in HR team culture, engagement, trust, and well-being
- Identify and escalate executive-level and critical HR matters directly to the CHRO
- Coordinate and respond to urgent or high-priority directives from HMG, HMC, and R&D HQ
- Travel 1–2 times per quarter (domestic and/or international), as needed
