Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven consumer retail brand expanding rapidly in the U.S. market, known for its innovative business model and strong focus on operational efficiency and customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and development of the U.S. HR function, covering recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
- Design and implement scalable HR systems, policies, and processes to support rapid business expansion.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure full compliance with U.S. labor laws and regulations.
- Drive workforce planning and labor cost optimization, including store-level staffing models and productivity management.
- Partner with business leaders to develop localized HR strategies aligned with market conditions and operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in retail, or multi-site operations.
- Strong experience in building HR structures and managing both corporate and frontline workforce.
- Solid understanding of U.S. labor laws and compliance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability in fast-paced environments.
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
