Role Description
The National Hotel Miami Beach is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Miami Beach, FL. The HR Manager will oversee and direct day-to-day human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role includes developing employee engagement initiatives, managing training programs, handling performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Collaboration with leadership teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals will be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Proficient in Benefits Administration, and HR Compliance
- Skilled in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Ability to develop and implement Training Programs and Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Knowledge of Employment Laws, Labor Regulations, and HR best practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel operations, is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus)
