HR Coordinator - Hedge Fund
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support a dynamic recruiting and HR function at a highly regarded, collaborative investment firm based in New York City. This individual will play a key role in managing interview logistics, enhancing the candidate experience, and ensuring seamless coordination across hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, high-volume interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a polished and seamless experience from initial outreach through offer stage
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics and maintain efficient workflows
- Support onboarding processes, including preparing materials, coordinating start dates, and facilitating a smooth new hire experience
- Track, manage, and help drive timely collection of interview feedback across stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system
- Assist with broader HR initiatives and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role within Financial Services
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, candidate-facing demeanor
- Ability to prioritize effectively and operate with a high sense of urgency
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and calendar management tools
