LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an organization to identify an experienced Human Resources Director to support and lead Human Resources operations. This role is responsible for overseeing benefits administration, payroll support, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and team member engagement.
- Salary: $130,000 - $140,000
- Location: Brandon, FL
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the HR team while supporting leadership
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, discipline, and documentation
- Administer benefits programs, payroll coordination (Paychex), and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Maintain employee records, handbooks, and HR documentation
- Partner with executive leadership on HR strategy and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience
- 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
- HR certification (SHRM/PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 10–20%
