Overview
Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced HR Coordinator II. Ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree and 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Processing voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems.
- Managing retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes.
- Ensuring completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinating where applicable with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams.
- Administering separation-related documentation (e.g., termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, compliance forms).
- Monitoring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process.
Requirements- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
