WHAT YOU’LL DO
•Own end-to-end HR operations across the U.S. and global markets, including compliance, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and vendor management.
•Build and manage recruiting processes from sourcing through offer management, partnering with leadership to align hiring plans with revenue and delivery goals.
•Design and implement structured performance management systems, including KRAs, reviews, promotions, and career development frameworks.
•Lead employee engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and satisfaction surveys while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational health.
•Develop compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks, and track key HR metrics including attrition, utilization, revenue per employee, and engagement scores.
•Partner with leadership to design scalable organizational structures and evolve the people function from roughly 100 employees through the next phase of growth.
•Provide oversight to the IT function in partnership with the IT Manager, including systems governance, access management, vendor oversight, and compliance alignment.
WHAT YOU BRING
•7 to 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT services, consulting, or digital agencies.
•Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state-level, and international employment law and compliance requirements.
•Experience supporting distributed global teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
•Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and execution levels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
•Eligibility to work in the US for any employer (sponsorship is not available).
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
•Experience scaling an HR function through a significant headcount growth phase.
•Familiarity with ecommerce, digital agencies, or professional services delivery models.
•Hands-on experience with HR systems, SaaS tools, and IT governance in a distributed workforce.
Preference given to candidates located near Charleston, SC.
COMPENSATION AND PERKS
•Base salary: $110,000 to $150,000 depending on experience, with additional bonus potential.
