Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee HR operations, onboarding, and employee relations
within an international iGaming environment. This role requires hands-on execution, cross-border
coordination, and strong collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage work permits, visas, and onboarding processes for international employees
- Draft and review employment contracts across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborate with recruitment and IT teams to streamline onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, internal movements, and HR coordination
- Implement and support performance management systems
- Lead HR-related projects, including office management and policy improvements
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR roles
- Experience with international HR processes (visas, permits, contracts)
- Strong understanding of HR policies and employee relations
- Experience with onboarding and HR systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in iGaming or fast-paced international companies
- Experience with HR systems and tools
- Exposure to performance management frameworks
- Experience with office management responsibilities
